Electronic Giving Authorization - This form can be completed to sign up for electronic giving, change your current authorization or discontinue your electronic giving.  You may elect to have your tithe, Living Stones commitment, and tuition transferred from your checking or savings account to the church's account on a weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis. 

Room Request Form - You may fill in the form and e-mail to churchoffice@stmarkkentwood.org or print it and turn the form into the church office.  Once the request is approved we will send a copy back to you.
